What's included in the cost of camp?

Included in the cost of camp is the full Gathering experience — all onsite daytime activities such as the Friday adventures and the legendary Sunday Shenanigans, plus every evening’s entertainment from live music to silly gameshows designed to keep the crew buzzing. Your fee also covers this year’s exclusive camp badge, event wristband, and all camp costs. Brand‑new for 2025, the shuttle bus service is included too, running throughout the day to make parking and getting around easier than ever.

Where can I get Merchandise?

To guarantee a piece of the merch, we recommend placing a pre-order before camp through the Event Website! There will be limited stock available to purchase on site, however these are not at all guaranteed.

What time can I arrive?

Camp is open any time from 1800hrs on Thursday the 2nd of April for everyone camping Thursday Evening! For everyone else, reception opens at 0900hrs Friday so you are welcome to join us any time after that! Reception officially closes at 1900hrs, but don’t worry you can still book in after that if you are going to be late!

If I pay the deposit, when is the remaining balance due?

All remaining balances are due before bookings close at 00:00hrs on the 1^st of March 2026! If you have paid the deposit, then your price band is locked in too!

I'm leaving early. Is that okay?

We’ve got you covered when it comes to getting off‑site — our free shuttle bus will be running to the nearby parking area throughout the event, making it easy to come and go. Just let us know your planned departure time when you arrive so we can make sure the journey is smooth sailing!
